What do you do with my data?
Your data belongs to you. We only collect non-personal, aggregated data about page visits — no IP addresses, no device fingerprints, no personal identifiers. We never share or sell your data to any third party.
What metrics do you collect?
We collect page path, referrer, screen size, browser language, country (from your server's IP lookup — not stored), and UTM parameters. We do not use cookies and never collect anything that could identify an individual visitor.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan is free forever with no credit card required. It includes up to 3 websites and 5,000 visits/month, with 30 days of data history. Upgrade to Team when you need more capacity or features.
How does the free trial work?
When you sign up, your 14-day free trial starts automatically — no credit card required. You get full access to all Team features during the trial. After 14 days, choose a plan to continue or stay on the free tier.
Is Simplest Analytics GDPR-compliant?
Because Simplest Analytics only processes non-personal data, it does not require a cookie banner or user consent under GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, or CCPA. No personal data means no consent needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to the free plan automatically.
What happens when my traffic grows?
Just upgrade to a higher visit tier from your billing settings. Tiers go from 20k up to 1M visits/month. If you need more, contact us for an enterprise quote.
What does 30-day history mean on the free plan?
On the free plan, your dashboard shows data for the last 30 days only. Data older than 30 days is deleted. Paid plans store up to 5 years of history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where supported by your browser.
